    • About Uncle B’s Grill

    Brandon (Also known as Uncle B) began this journey back in 2018 cooking for only family and friends. When he and Rayna got married in 2021, she always told him he was an amazing chef. As time went by and after many people told him they should open a restaurant. They decided to take the leap of faith and opened Uncle B’s Grill at Mill Creek Marina in Pottsboro, TX. 

    While their hours are Thursday-Saturday 6:00 am to midnight, and Sundays 6:00 am - 10:00 pm, their main kitchen is shut down and only serving appetizers after 9:30 pm for a nice quiet night out for adults only. Rayna has always wanted to create an atmosphere where adults can relax by the lake, enjoying food, while not having the kiddos running around. So, when they opened Uncle B’s Grill, she knew she was going to make this happen. 

    Their love and faith in Christ is the center of their journey and their guiding light. Their motto, “Let us thank Him for your food” is something you can expect to be asked as you sit to enjoy your wonderfully prepared Filet Mignon, full rack of Ribs, Poppy’s Spuds, or whatever you may be craving! If you wish for them to not pray over your meal, please do not let that stop you from going and enjoying Uncle B’s Grill. You won’t regret it as there is nothing like Uncle B’s Grill on Lake Texoma!
